Lost in Bradley Stoke area

Freddie my cat has been missing since 2nd September 2018. He is black all over with beautiful green eyes. Male, neutered and chipped. Fred is 8 yrs old. He has been with us since a kitten. But we have recently moved. He may be trying to make his way to Yate. Please help me find him.
