Found Tabby bs3

A tabby has been coming in my catflap at night. I have now had to lock him/her out as my cat is terrified. I am putting out the wildlife camera at night and seeing the cat visiting my garden and eating hedgehog food. Looks in good condition, have only seen on the camera and not in real life. Could be lost?
